Hutchinson Community College offers its students three options in accounting with a certificate in accounting services, an Associate of Science in Accounting, and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Admin Technologies – Accounting Services.

The major requires that students complete classes in accounting, the humanities, natural sciences, and mathematics, as well as several classes in accounting.

Located in Hutchinson, Kansas, Hutchinson Community College was established in 1928. The full name of the institution is Hutchinson Community College and Area Vocational School. It was first known as Hutchinson Junior College and would become Hutchinson Community College in 1980. In addition to the main campus in Hutchinson, the college also has satellite campuses in Newton and McPherson. There are more than 70 academic programs offered by the institution.
