The Kenneth G. Dixon School of Accounting was named for Kenneth Dixon, a Kissimmee CPA, in 2004 after he donated more than $2.5 million. However, the school has been offering accounting degrees since 1968. Mr. Dixon earned his accounting degree at UCF in 1975 and began a career with Price Waterhouse that same year. He serves as President and CEO of Leland Enterprises Inc., a management and development company. Students who graduate from the school are excellent communicators and collaborators. The Warrington College of Business Administration at the University of Florida is named in honor of Alfred C. Warrington IV who graduated from the university in 1958 with a degree in accounting.
