We went on the hunt for the most affordable MBAs in Finance that students can complete entirely online, from anywhere in the world and at their own pace.
Because our ranking focuses on the most affordable, we considered only the overall cost of earning an online Master of Business in Finance degree. We began by making a list of every four-year university offering just such a degree program. Then, we researched each one to determine the total number of credits needed to graduate, plus the per-credit tuition cost for an out-of-state student. To narrow down our list to the 30 most affordable, we multiplied credits and tuition to come up with an estimated program cost. The 30 most affordable are highlighted below.
